Cash buyer for land, commercial, single family, multi-family.

Im a contractor sitting on cash looking to expand my portfolio. Long term hold. If it's commercial over a million I'll need 60-90 days and the spread must be there. If it's single family or multi-family it must be block. There's good deals on Zillow, but I'm look for great deals. I can close fast are inspection. Move in ready, flips, or rehab. I work too much and will check back here every night for a few weeks.
