Best use of AI for Real Estate Investors

So I am not an expert when it comes to AI, but I would like to be. For me I see progressive levels of use.

Level 1 - Ask questions and get answers (an improved Google search).

Level 2 - Walk me through a step-by-step process like a teacher.

Level 3 - Create something for me. For example, write a post for my website about (fill in the blank) between 1500 and 2000 words with the following keyword (insert keywords) and lead the people reading the content to want to buy (fill in the blank) from me. Or take this picture and alter it in this way or that way. Or create an app that will (fill in the blank)

Level 4 - creating AI agents with specific jobs and tasks to complete that work in the background on research and creating content and publishing the content by itself according to the prompts given.

Level 5 - Creating and programming AI managers that manange the AI agents and watch over them to make sure they are working as intended.

As of right now I would say that I am on level 3 and starting to explore level 4.

What I use AI for the most for right now in real estate is for altering or creating photos. I will take a picture of an area and I will ask AI to change the picture in a specific way to see if I like it. Then, after I get the picture how I want it, I give the picture to my project managers and I ask them to create what they see in the picture. Also, I may take pictures of the property before everything is finished and then I have AI edit the pictures by removing all the construction materials and clean up the area and improve the lighting and it gives me awesome pictures. I also ask AI to create specific content that is optimized for my keywords for my websites and then I post that content.

So this is where I am at so far with integrating AI in my real estate investing businesses.

Where would you say you are at currently with implementing AI in your real estate businesses? And would you agree with the 5 levels as I outlined them or would you describe the levels of AI implementation differently?
