Agent doing my own flips: brokerage advice for buy/list without traditional agent wrk

I'm a licensed CA real estate agent (license currently active, in the process of renewing, not yet hung with a brokerage) getting into fix-and-flip investing with my own small team (hard money lender + contractor already lined up). My goal is to use my license entirely for my own investment deals — not traditional client-facing agent work. I have zero interest in representing buyers/sellers, joining a production team, or being tied to team quotas or brick-and-mortar office fees.

Right now, my immediate need is MLS access so I can search listings and run my own comps to underwrite deals. But eventually I do want to use my license to actually buy and list my own flips myself — handling my own purchase contracts and eventually listing the renovated properties for sale, rather than paying a buyer's/listing agent to do it.

Looking for advice on the best way to structure this — which brokerages actually support a low-cost, no-production-quota setup for agent-investors like this (vs. brokerages built for people producing client transactions), whether starting MLS-only and upgrading later makes sense or if I should just set up for full transactional capability from day one, and anything I'm not considering about running my own deals through my own license.
