Looking for a GC partnership in South Florida & Monroe counties Areas

I'm looking for an experienced general contractor to partner with on multiple single-family construction homes within the South Florida and Monroe county areas. Land lots are currently being acquired and looking for construction quotes for approved plans. I'm bringing the plans, land, equity and vision into the projects, and seeking a reliable builder who values long-term relationships over one-off projects.

Seeking to be within the $175/ sq ft range but negotiable, plus a full construction turn-around of 1 to 1.5 years on each project.
