Looking for a Real Estate + Business Attorney in the Phoenix Area

Hi all, my partner and I co-own a small but growing real estate investment company in the Phoenix metro area. We have big plans to keep acquiring properties over the next few years.

We're not looking to hire a full-time or retained attorney, but we'd like to build a relationship with someone we can call on an as-needed basis as things come up. That could be reviewing our LLC operating agreement, advising on an entity restructuring we're planning as we scale, or handling a landlord-tenant matter down the road.

Ideally we’d like someone local to Phoenix/Scottsdale who does both real estate and business law, since our situation touches both pretty regularly.

If you’ve worked with someone you’d recommend, or know an attorney who takes on clients this way, I’d really appreciate a name or a point in the right direction. Thanks in advance!
