Managing your Local Agent in Charge (LAC) for OOS investors in Cleveland

One of the requirements of the Lead safe certification in Cleveland is to assign a Local Agent in Charge (LAC) this person will be on file if the city needs to reach out to a local to keep the property in good standing. For OOS investors, who are you using as your LAC? your PM? Realtor? if you can refer someone that offers this service, that would be great. Thanks.

MY pm company include it in our fees. My sister company Register My Rental offers the service for $299 for OOS investors who want to self manage.
