We're scaling our off-market acquisitions operation (MHP, RV parks, commercial land, residential) across GA, TX, AL, FL, TN, and NC. 100+ active deals in the pipeline. Need two people:

Dispo Manager — Commission-heavy. You close deals with qualified buyers. Must be comfortable in the $500K–$5M+ range, assignments, double closes, 1031 buyers.

Acquisitions Coordinator — Commission + bonuses based on deal size. Cold outreach, lead gen, CRM hygiene, appointment setting.
