Denver: trusted handyman, cleaner, and true 24/7 HVAC recs?

Hey all. We manage a number of properties around the Denver metro and are growing our bench of reliable vendors. Looking on three fronts: a handyman for light odd jobs and turns, a dependable house cleaner for turnovers, and an HVAC company that genuinely handles 24/7 emergencies (had an after-hours failure go unanswered recently and want a real backup).
