I’m seeking private money / hard money financing for the acquisition of a 13-space full-hookup RV park I currently have under contract in Crouch, Idaho (Garden Valley area).

- Loan Amount: Approximately $650,000 – $700,000
- Purpose: Acquisition + light capital improvements
- Timeline: Need to close as soon as possible
Collateral: I am offering strong additional collateral in the form of my ownership interest in a debt-free mobile home park in Nampa, Idaho (conservatively valued at $1.2M). Willing to cross-collateralize.
Borrower Background: Experienced mobile home and RV park operator with a proven track record of acquiring, turning around, and stabilizing properties. I handle operations hands-on.
