Memphis Investor-Friendly Agent and Investor Looking to Connect

Hi everyone, my name is Joel Stark, and I'm excited to officially join the BiggerPockets community. I'm a Realtor at a family-owned brokerage in Memphis (owned by my sister), McWaters & Associates Realtors. The majority of my closings the last year and half have been with a family friend who owns over 100 units in the Memphis area, a mix of Multi-family and single family homes. I am looking to build a rental portfolio myself and that is what has lead me to BiggerPockets. I'd really like to invest in my first BRRRR project in the next 3-6 months but still feel I have some stuff to learn.
