Hi everyone,
I realized I never properly introduced myself here.
I'm Diana Khan, founder of DK Law Group and a Maryland attorney, real estate broker, and investor. Real estate has shaped both my legal work and my own investing, so I know firsthand how many moving pieces go into building and protecting a portfolio.
On the legal side, I work with investors, landlords, business owners, and families on real estate, contracts, landlord-tenant issues, business law, estate planning, and probate. What I enjoy most is helping people get ahead of the legal details before a small issue becomes a costly one.
I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other investors and real estate pros, especially around Maryland, DC, and Virginia, and to keep learning from this community.
