Id like to connect with Agents, Property Managers and Investors in NC and Tenn.

My wife and I would like to start out of state investing in North Carolina and Tennessee because we would like to move up there in the next 5 years. We would like to use the BRRRR Method and want to build a "core four" team to start finding and executing deal together. Does anyone have any suggestions for any all stars in those markets or markets they suggest in those two states?
