About Me

I’ve spent more than 40 years in the construction and real estate world, and I’ve learned something that experience teaches you pretty quickly:

What you see at a property isn’t always what you need to know about the property.

I’ve worked with real estate investors since 2014, including walking properties, evaluating conditions, dealing with contractors, and seeing firsthand how seemingly small issues can turn into expensive problems.

Today, I’m taking that experience in a different direction.

Through CMP Homes LLC, I provide investor representation and boots-on-the-ground property services in Central Ohio.

My goal isn’t to be the guy swinging the hammer or managing a crew every day.

I’m the guy you call when you need someone you trust on the ground.

That might mean walking a property you’re considering buying, documenting its condition, checking on work being performed, verifying something a contractor told you, or simply putting experienced eyes on a property when you can’t be there yourself.

I’m particularly interested in working with out-of-state and out-of-market investors who need a reliable local representative.

I’ve been on the construction side of real estate for decades. Now I’m using that experience to help investors make better decisions, protect their investments, and know what’s really happening at their properties.
