Looking for advise and resources for setting up mid term rental in Decatur, GA

Hi,

We had purchased a 4 bed 4 bath property in Decatur with the intention of renting by the room to students (given proximity to Emory) or travel nurses. However for some reason we veered away from that strategy and went the LTR route and had eventually rented it for a way below market rate. I am looking for shifting back to the original plan to rent by MTR or STR route. Rent by the room by MTR makes most sense. Can anyone advise on a good property manager or group that can help manage mid term rentals in the area?
