Organic motivated-seller deal flow across 12 states, connecting with cash buyers

I run an inbound lead-gen operation for motivated sellers (foreclosure, inherited, as-is, and divorce situations) in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Everything is organic inbound, no cold outreach on the seller side, so the intent tends to be high. These are people who came looking to sell fast.
