Hi everyone! I’m currently working as an inspector and recently started getting into real estate, specifically wholesaling. I’m still learning the fundamentals and trying to understand the Albuquerque and New Mexico market better. My main goal right now is to learn, build genuine relationships, and connect with people who have experience in the industry. Raul — if you already inspect houses, start there. Walk ten tired properties in Albuquerque, note the ones that look neglected, then look up the owner at the county. That teaches the market faster than any course.
One title company conversation and one cash-buyer conversation will tell you what actually closes locally. Skip buying skip-trace lists until you can describe a buy box in one sentence: price, condition, and what you will walk from.
