Hey BiggerPockets community — glad to finally be here.
My name's Joshua Padilla, and I'm based out of the DFW area (Cedar Hill, TX). I work in investment real estate specifically on the disposition side, meaning I spend most of my time matching investment properties with the right buyers and helping investors think through acquisition opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
I came up through digital marketing before pivoting full-time into real estate, which honestly changed the way I approach this business — a lot of attention to data, how deals are positioned, and what actually moves investors to act.
Right now I'm focused on:
- Building genuine relationships with active investors in DFW and surrounding markets
- Learning from people who've been at this longer than I have
- Contributing where I can whether that's market insight, deal flow conversations, or just being a resource for anyone navigating this market
