Military Veterans in Real Estate — Let's Build the Network | Connecting

One thing I’ve noticed on my journey from active duty to real estate investing: the military community is still underrepresented in real estate, despite being exceptionally well-suited for it.

The discipline, risk-management frameworks, leadership, and mission-execution mindset developed through military service can translate directly into investing and entrepreneurship.

I spent 20+ years as an Army officer before transitioning into real estate full-time. Multifamily remains a core focus of my investing strategy, but I’ve also been expanding into other real estate opportunities, including fix-and-flip, private lending, and other investment strategies.

The transition required unlearning some things and doubling down on others—but the core operating system transferred remarkably well.

I’m currently looking to connect with:

  • Veterans and transitioning service members exploring real estate investing
  • Real estate operators, investors, and mentors who work with or support veteran investors
  • Veteran investors and professionals active in Florida, Puerto Rico, or other markets
  • People exploring opportunities across multifamily, fix-and-flip, private lending, and other real estate strategies

The military community has always been generous with knowledge and willing to share lessons learned.

If you’re a veteran building in real estate, drop a comment or connect with me here. I’d love to hear what you’re working on and learn from your experience.
