Rehab almost complete, looking for a recommended lender for Refi

My partners and I purchased a home in Syracuse which we are currently rehabbing.  We are likely a few weeks away from completing and will be starting to screen tenants and looking for a lender to refinance.  We used a national lender for our last project but wanted to test the waters locally to see if there are any local lenders that may be recommended.  As always, thanks for any feedback.
