Questions about legal documents

Im a new investor and am trying to learn everything I can about wholesaling and flipping. But in terms of flipping here in Texas, what are all the main documents that I need? Are these documents that I have to acquire myself or are some written up by somebody else like a bank or Title company? The main thing is the paperwork thats involved in all this that makes me a bit nervous because im not sure what I need in general or have to get myself.
