I agree. I think the biggest opportunity with AI for landlords isn’t necessarily analyzing a $500k deal — it’s taking all the repetitive day-to-day work off the landlord’s plate.

Things like tenant communication, maintenance requests, follow-ups, reminders, organizing property information, etc. can add up to a huge amount of time when you’re managing multiple properties.

Guest reviews are a great example. Instead of simply reading dozens of reviews, AI can identify recurring themes—what guests love, what they mention most, and where there may be opportunities to improve. That insight can then be used to refine the listing title, description, amenities, photos, and overall positioning.

The key point you made about human judgment is important, though. AI can identify patterns and suggest improvements, but the host still needs to understand the property, the local market, and the type of guest they want to attract.

Used together, AI + real-world host experience can be a pretty powerful combination.
