What’s the hardest part of managing your rental properties yourself?

Small landlords — what are you using to keep everything organized?

I own a handful of rental properties, and one thing I’ve noticed is that once you get past a couple properties, keeping track of tenants, rent, maintenance, vendors, property information, etc. starts getting scattered across texts, emails, spreadsheets, and notes.

I’ve been working on a simple tool called Landlord Ally specifically for smaller landlords with 1–5 properties. The goal is basically to have one simple place to keep everything organized without paying for a complicated property-management platform.

I just launched it and I’m looking for a few landlords willing to try it and give me honest feedback.

There’s a 7-day free trial, then it’s $9.99/month.

If you’re interested, it’s .

Also curious — what’s the biggest organizational headache you deal with as a landlord?
