Seeking Illinois Managing Broker — DMB + Sponsor for New Property Management Company

Hi all,

I recently passed my Illinois broker exam and am launching a residential property management company in Evanston, IL. I need a licensed Illinois Managing Broker to sponsor my license and serve as DMB for the company.

I handle all day-to-day operations. The DMB role is limited to minimum statutory obligations under IL Law. A formal Sponsoring Broker Agreement is drafted and ready to review. Compensation is a yearly flat fee based on a percentage of gross revenues, ending automatically when I get my own Managing Broker license.

Looking for someone not currently serving as DMB for another firm — retired brokers, solo practitioners, or investors holding a Managing Broker license are ideal. Finder's fee available for referrals that lead to a signed agreement.
