New Investor Introduction: Advice Welcome

I guess I’m jumping in with both feet first. I am not experienced in managing rental properties but have begun building a 16 duplex (32 unit) community in Marshall, Texas. I am an experienced custom home builder from this area, so I do know the construction and maintenance side of the industry. Of Course I'm Reading "The Book on Managing Rental Properties”. I am just now finishing up the dirt work and have begun working on the plumbing rough-ins and foundations. I am around six months for them being ready to occupy. I would love to have all the units rented out by the time we finish them. Any advice on making this happen would be greatly appreciated. I bought a google phone number and URL for the website that isn't built yet. Is there a favorite management software that would help me advertise for vacancies as well? I don't really know all the questions to ask. Excited to join this community. Thanks again, Tom Goforth
