Looking for help with flips in Western NC

I am the current owner of a restoration company in the Asheville, NC area. I want to generate cash by flipping properties. I am still working on my GC license but I have a team of people that can do demo and rebuilds. I am looking for a local agent that can help source properties who understands real estate investing. I also need a dependable hard money lender.
