Hey everyone! I’m new to real estate wholesaling and looking to connect with an experienced investor who is open to working with a beginner.
I’m eager to learn the process, find potential off-market deals, and build a long-term business relationship with someone who has experience in the industry. I’m willing to put in the work, learn from feedback, and help with lead generation, finding motivated sellers, and bringing potential deals to the table.

@Shawndria Dugas there's a lot of people that make posts very similar to yours and then they never show up again. I'm not saying that's you but it reminds me of my kids when they say they want to earn some money and I give them a task to complete like cleaning out the irrigation ditch and then they say "do you have anything else that I can do instead."
Some people already have given you some good feedback on this thread. you may want to respond to them and thank them for their suggestion or ask follow up questions. Otherwise, they may think that you're not very motivated and people may not want to put for the effort to try to help somebody if they don't think that person is going to take action.
