Hit 2000+ units earlier this year

It's been a grind.  No investors, no syndication.  Just starting out with an 8 unit when I had no idea what I was doing.  later got a 16.  Later sold the 8.  Bought a 24, refinanced the 16.  Sold the 24, but a few others, refinanced, sold, bought, etc. etc. etc.

Fast forward about 18 years -- 2000+ units.  Almost all "inside the loop" in Houston TX.

Having AI do more and more work for me so I can focus on finding deals and not managing staff.

For those starting -- you can grow pretty large, but it's not overnight.  Stick with it.

Cody have not seen you in a while.. Congrats though on your success and bringing reality to the equation .. its not like over night Oats takes time to build a portfolio.

And sometimes the stars need to align just right etc etc.. here's to the next 1k units should be some pretty solid buying opportunities for you these days with all the syndication deals that have cratered.
