Need contractor recommendations in Toledo

Hi all, I just bought a multi use commercial building (2 residential and 1 commercial unit) that was up for auction and have talked to a couple of contractors and handymen but have been told either the address is outside of their scope of work or haven't gotten a response despite multiple texts and calls. There's water intrusion in the basement, roof billowing, HVAC vent misplacement and egress window non-compliance.
