Need mentor, and connections. Chattanooga Tn

Hey, New to BP!! 

I started my investing journey in 2018. I done a live in flip just outside Nashville. I sold in 2022 and made enough to pay for my next home in cash. Last year I bought a small trailer park in good condition. It has 4 units that I own. Its cashflowing pretty  well.  I have quite a bit of equity in this property. I bought at a good price. Nobody told me to do any of this. I had no guidance at all. I just done what makes sense. Nobody in my family is into real estate. 
Right now Im trying to do some wholesale deals to build my war chest, so  I can be more confident to pull the equity out of my property and do another one. Im brand new to wholesaling. Im new to the community. Im just so ready to keep going!!!!! I really want to have people in my corner. I definitely need investors. I have a house that should be under contract within a month. I NEED A MENTOR!!! Im an hour outside Chattanooga in an up and coming area. Bolt farms treehouses are up here. The caverns, coalmont OHV park, big foot adventures, savage gulf state park, stone door, fiery gizzard trail, mountain goat trail.
