Looking for property managers in the Victoria/Port Lavaca area of Texas.

Hi.  I'm looking into investing into multi-family properties in the Victoria/Port lavaca area in Texas.  Does anyone have any experience in this area and/or can recommend any property managers in the area?  The focus would be long term rentals.
