Cleveland Investors — What’s Been Your Biggest Property Management Challenge?

Curious to hear from investors who own rentals in Cleveland, especially those investing from out of state.

What has been the biggest challenge with managing your portfolio lately?

Tenant placement? Maintenance costs? Communication? Turnover? Rent collection? Finding reliable contractors?

I work with Haven Group Property Management here in Cleveland, and one of the reasons I joined BiggerPockets was to better understand what investors are actually experiencing—not just what we see from the management side.

Would love to hear what’s working, what isn’t, and what you wish your property manager did better.
