Padsplit property managers? Jacksonville, F

I’m looking for a property management company experienced with PadSplit or similar shared-housing/room-rental properties.

Ideally, they can handle tenant communication, access, inspections, and maintenance while still allowing the owner flexibility with vendors and expenses.

PadSplit experience preferred, but I’m also open to managers experienced with shared housing, sober living, veteran housing, etc.
