Any investors (preferably flippers) interested in talking to my coaching clients?

Question

I'm a wholesaler and wholesaling coach. I think it would be beneficial to have an active flipper have a chat with my coaching clients. We would do a zoom meeting where you can give some real time and real world advice on pricing repairs, profit margin, preferred locations and type of properties etc. I know time is money so we would only take up about 30 minutes of your time. And my coaching clients are located all over the US so who knows? they may be able to find your next investment. It could be a win/win. So please let me know.

Hi @Shawn Hundley I have switched my investing model to mostly flipping right now. But I usually will buy and hold and then sell on lease options. I've been investing for 16 years. More actively investing over the past 11 years. I'd be happy to jump on a call with you and your students.

I’m not an active flipper myself, but I work on the business funding side with investors and business owners, and I think there could be a good opportunity to add another piece to what you’re offering your coaching clients.

A lot of newer investors understand how to find a deal but aren’t always sure how to structure the capital behind it. I could provide some real-world insight on business lines of credit, 0% APR business credit, revenue-based funding, lender requirements, and how to preserve their own cash while still having an exit strategy for the financing.

Pairing that funding perspective with an experienced flipper discussing acquisition, rehab and margins could give your clients a pretty well rounded conversation. I’d definitely be open to connecting and seeing if there’s a way we could collaborate.
