What do you look for in a turnkey company?

I've seen posts about whether people should use a turnkey company or not, but for those of you who have used a turnkey company for out-of-state investing, what KPIs do you pay the most attention to? Do you focus more on the front-end stuff like how many properties they look at vs. acquire, how often major items like roofs/HVAC etc. are replaced? Or is the back-end performance more important in your analysis—days on market, occupancy, eviction rate, maintenance costs, etc.?

Curious what experienced investors look at when evaluating a turnkey company.
