🤔What is the C1-C6 Scale for Property Condition for DSCR Loans?
➡️A) The C1 – C6 scale is a rating methodology system utilized by appraisers and mortgage lenders, relied on by both conventional lenders and DSCR Lenders alike. C1 properties are brand new, C2 properties are recently fully renovated and “like new,” C3 properties are in good condition, C4 properties are in acceptable condition, C5 properties have significant deferred maintenance and C6 properties are in severe disrepair. Only C1-C4 properties are eligible for DSCR Loans (Properties with C5 or C6 condition ratings are not).
