Thinking about house hacking or looking for a way to get started in real estate investing?

On September 17th, I’ll be presenting a free virtual Lunch & Learn with the Idaho Real Estate Investor Network focused on using house hacking as a way to reduce your housing costs and start building a real estate portfolio.

House hacking was one of the early building blocks in my own investing journey, and I’ll be sharing some of that experience along with real-world examples from here in the Treasure Valley.

We’ll talk about different ways to house hack, financing considerations, what to look for in a property, how to think about the numbers, and how that first property can potentially become a stepping stone toward property #2.

This is geared toward anyone considering their first house hack, newer investors trying to get started, or current investors interested in the strategy.

Thursday, September 17th
12:00–12:30 PM Mountain Time
