New to wholesaling and real estate

I found my first possible cash buyer I have to call them Tuesday because of the holiday. My question is; while I get setup with my mailbox, the title company buyers list, is it a good idea to try to find a seller, and assuming I am I allowed to joint venture the deal 50/50 with anyone interested. Or am I out of line. With my luck I'm probably out of line. But I have to ask.

You're going to need alot more than one cash buyer. Build your list of cash buyers. That's the easiest part. The hardest part is finding a seller who is ready to sell and at a discount. Good luck out there and don't overthink it
