Seeking a Orlando area realtor that knows the Short Term Rental Market
Hello,
I am looking for a great, boots on the ground realtor that knows the short term rental market in Orlando and can assist me in buying my first Airbnb/VRBO property near Disney. Serious buyers, but need guidance on neighborhoods to avoid, what may be for sale now that is already income producing, areas to consider, etc.

Hi @Brian Mitchell This is my specialty and I have helped dozens of other BP members buy and sell in this area. I have all the information on the communities that you'll need and which ones to consider. There is quite a bit of inventory now of all sizes (#beds) and price ranges.
