Residential portfolios vs. Commercial tracks: How are we scaling this fall?

Happy Labor Day everyone! Hope you’re all having a good, relaxing holiday weekend.

I’m spending a bit of my afternoon reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and getting my mind right for the final stretch of the year. It’s crazy how much a good book can change your perspective on properties and scaling up.

I’d love to get some advice from the community here!! For those of you who have successfully scaled your real estate portfolios, what was the biggest game-changer for you early on? Did you stick to single-family deals, or jump straight into multi-family and portfolios?

I’ll be focusing heavily on the private lending and deal-sourcing side for the Texas market this fall, so if you're looking for funding options or just want to swap strategies on how to grow, drop a comment or shoot me a message.

Would love to connect and hear your thoughts.

Enjoy the rest of your day off because the real estate market never sleeps! Lol 🍂🍔
