Beginner Wholesaler in Boston – JV Partner Wanted, I'll Handle Dispo (50/50 Split)

I'm a beginner wholesaler based in Boston, MA with an active buyers list and the bandwidth to run disposition. I'm looking to JV with wholesalers/investors who have contracts but need help getting them sold quickly.

What I bring: buyer connections, marketing for dispo, and follow-through to closing.

What I'm looking for: someone reliable and trustworthy who has a property under contract (or coming soon) and wants a partner to handle the dispo side.

Split: 50/50 on the assignment fee once the deal closes.
