Hello BiggerPockets! It's Time for a Reintroduction 👋

Hello everyone!

Although I joined the BiggerPockets community back in 2018, I have to admit I haven't been nearly as active as I intended on the platform. Over the past several years, I've been busy building my business, learning the investment side of real estate, analyzing opportunities, and helping homeowners navigate challenging situations. Now that I've recently earned my Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license and joined Investcor Realty, I felt it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself and become a much more active member of this incredible community. I'm the Founder & CEO of B'ZAM Property Solutions Corp., where my focus is on creating real estate solutions that benefit homeowners, investors, builders, and communities.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I spent more than 20 years in executive Human Resources and Talent Development, so I naturally enjoy learning, collaborating, and helping others grow.  My goal here isn't simply to find deals; it's to contribute, learn from experienced investors, share insights when I can, and build meaningful relationships with professionals across the country.  If you're an investor, builder, developer, lender, attorney, or simply someone who enjoys discussing creative real estate strategies, I'd love to connect and learn more about what you're working on.
