I'm Luis, but most people call me Lucho. I'm a loan originator in Miami that funds fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, bridge, and DSCR rental loans for real estate investors.

I'm here to learn and connect with experienced investors, keep a pulse on different markets, and be a resource for anyone with questions about financing a flip, a build, or a rental. I'm always happy to talk through a deal or compare notes.
