Looking for Investor-Friendly Realtor in Cleveland — Selling SFR

Hi everyone,

I'm an out-of-state investor based in Los Angeles with a single-family investment property in the Cleveland area. I purchased the property in 2023, completed a substantial renovation and refinance, and I'm currently evaluating selling the property as I look to transition into multifamily investments.

I'm looking to connect with a Cleveland-area Realtor who has experience working with investors and selling investment properties.

The property is currently vacant, with the necessary turnover cleaning and repairs completed, so I'm looking for someone who can help me evaluate its current market value, recommend any additional work that would actually be worthwhile before listing, and walk me through expected selling costs and strategy.

I'm also considering a 1031 exchange into a multifamily property, so experience working with investor sellers and 1031 transactions would be a plus.
