Airbnb setup without ongoing property-management fees

I’m testing a service for Airbnb and short-term rental owners who want professional help getting started but don’t want to give up a percentage of revenue indefinitely.

The service focuses on setting up the operating system around the property: listing, guest messages, check-in, cleaners, house rules, pricing and review process.

After setup, the owner can run the property themselves.
