What’s Your Biggest Property Management Challenge?

I’d love to hear from other landlords and investors in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area.

After working in property management and real estate, one thing I’ve learned is that owning rentals can look completely different from one property to the next. For some owners, finding a good tenant is the hardest part. For others, it’s maintenance, late rent, inspections, communication, or simply finding enough time to manage everything.

I recently opened Legacy Key Property Management & Real Estate in Covington, KY, and I’m working on building relationships with more local investors and property owners.

Rather than just posting an advertisement, I’d genuinely like to know:

What is the biggest headache you’re dealing with as a rental property owner right now?

Tenant placement?

Maintenance?

Rent collection?

Finding reliable vendors?

Managing from out of town?

Knowing what your property should rent for?

I’m happy to share what has worked for me and connect with other people investing in our area. And if anyone has a property they’re trying to get rented or is considering professional management, I’m always happy to talk through the numbers with you—no pressure.
