Paying Subsequent Tax Liens
I have a very specific tax Lien investing question. I have purchased a tax Lien at the auction. I have already recorded the lien with the county. For subsequent taxes what is the best way to pay them (directly at municipality, at end of year , quarterly ect) additionally is there any more work required to ensure it is attached to your lien? Do I have to re record once I pay the subs or on the town website denote that I am the lien holder.
Im very green to tax liens and all the liens I have ever bought have been redeemed within a month of purchase. I currently have three Liens that now are over 2 months old so the next quarter taxes are due soon.
In summary as an investor how do you pay Subsequent taxes or municipal charges in NJ.
