Let's talk cash Reserves!

I think one of the least exciting parts of real estate investing is also one of the most important:
Cash reserves.
Nobody gets excited about money sitting in a reserve account.
You can't post a picture of it on Instagram and make it look glamorous. 
But I believe reserves can be what keeps a good investment from becoming a bad situation. 

Some thing happen!!! Or five things happen at the same time because apparently real estate enjoys testing us. 

If something goes wrong tomorrow, can I handle it?
