How to find a trustworthy buyer list

Question

Does anyone have a buyer’s list they recommend in general and for deals specific to Ventura, Ca too? Would like to get on a buyer’s list to begin investing and finding wholesale deals.

@Ani Bailey I think you are referring to getting on a wholesaler's or broker's list to be sent deals?  If that is the case I'd second the motion here to get into some REI meetups, meet some people who are in those assets and doing the deals you are interested in and then getting on their list.  You've likely got some local big players to tap into.

Ani, getting connected with the right buyers is definitely important, but I’d also recommend getting around investors who are actively looking at deals in Ventura. I’m interested in investing in the right opportunities and would actually be open to partnering with you as you get started.
