Dallas Ground-Up Developer Looking to Connect With Investors & Real Estate Pros

Hey everyone I am excited to finally get active here on BiggerPockets.

I’ve been involved in real estate for about 20 years, with experience ranging from flips and value-add projects to ground-up development.

Right now, my primary focus is ground-up luxury residential development in the Dallas–Fort Worth & Houston market. We’re actively looking at land and development opportunities for higher-end single-family homes and building out our pipeline for future projects. I joined BiggerPockets to connect with other serious people in the industry, including investors, private lenders, builders, agents, landowners, and developers. I’m especially interested in meeting capital partners who want exposure to ground-up residential real estate, as well as local DFW professionals who know the market well.
