I'm based in Topeka, Kansas, and I'm excited to become part of the BiggerPockets community.

My background is in education and business, and I've recently focused my professional work on real estate financing. I help real estate investors connect with private capital and financing solutions for projects such as fix-and-flips, rental properties, acquisitions, bridge financing, DSCR financing, and new construction.

I'm here to learn from other investors, expand my understanding of different real estate strategies, and build genuine relationships with investors and other real estate professionals.

I'm especially interested in connecting with investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, contractors, and other professionals who are actively involved in real estate.
